The staff is helpful, the breakfast marvellous, the location is excellent adjacent to the beach, and Cape Town Stadium. This hotel is perfectly located to downtown sites.

Had an excellent 7-night stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to the Botanical Gardens and only a 10-15 minute walk from Green Point Common.

The guesthouse is perfectly located near the city center. It is just next door to Cape Town Stadium and the V&A Waterfront. - It's a short walk to the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town's main attractions.

The location of the guesthouse was excellent, close to all amenities and malls. The owners were excellent hosts and really made one feel at home.

We stayed in room #7 at the back of the house and this was very small, it could not have been more than 15 square meters and had a depressing feel about it.

The hosts are welcoming and make you feel right at home, the location is my personal favourite in cape town perfect for long evening promenade strolls and morning runs along the seaside. The waterfront, cafes and great restruarants are easy walking distance. Wake up to the smell of fresh sea air and a delicious hearty breakfast!

The rooms here are really nice and super clean, plus they have central heating for chilly days. You can enjoy watching TV with loads of channels, and there's even a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. the bed is comfy and the bathroom is big and spacious. 🌟

The owners of the guest house stayed up fairly late to welcome us on arrival. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay at the Dolphin Inn when I travel to Cape Town again.
